Maxine, a retired CVICU/ICU nurse with 28 years of experience, has trained and led teams of healthcare professionals. As a foster parent for 12 years, she’s worked closely with special needs children. Alongside her husband, Kevin, her dedication ensures every child thrives under compassionate, knowledgeable care tailored to their unique needs.
